i read a book about the structure of human language.
it says that human has the ability to speak a language in native.
and point to,,,, people who can not listen,people gather from countries speaking the different language.
both cases,the kids being in golden age(3-7) makes new language.

and

now I work for a restaurant brasilian peruano people in japan.
I speak in half japanese half portoguese.actually the syntax(grammer) is japanese.
but it seemd to be enough to have communication in the life.even it is good.

what does language deliver to people.
