I tried to count of how many minutes can I make the sound of "K" or "M"in 100 times.
T for 48 seconds.
M for 68 seconds.
What is that? nobody knows. even me, it is unsure.
anyway I aim to take away from my ingrained habit when I speak my English with the execise.
I wish I would be able to relax my joe during these periods.
